Cancellation of Unite 2020

It is with immense sadness that we must announce that, in light of the ongoing Coronavirus situation, the decision has been made to cancel Unite 2020.

It is not a decision that has been taken lightly, but has been done based on the latest Government advice, BB guidance and in consultation with other youth organisations who are also cancelling similar summer activities this year.

If you haven’t already, please read boys-brigade.org.uk/coronavirus-managing-the-risk for the latest BB guidance.

We understand this news will be disappointing to those who have booked to attend Unite 2020, but we believe it has been taken with the best interests of the young people, leaders and volunteers at heart.

In time the Planning Team will begin to look ahead to the 2021 event, with the intention of returning in style! Do keep an eye on our website and social media channels in the months ahead for more details.

The England & Wales Office will be in touch in due course regarding refunds of monies that have already been paid, however please bear with us as there may be a short delay due to BB Headquarters staff following guidance relating to home working.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
