Coronavirus Update

We’re currently monitoring the situation with the outbreak of the Coronavirus across the UK and keeping up to date with advice issued by UK Government and other relevant authorities. As you will no doubt be aware matters are developing daily.

At present all plans are continuing in respect of the event however this will be monitored in line with guidance. We fully appreciate that Companies will now be starting to make travel arrangements etc. and that outstanding balances are due to be invoiced at the beginning of April. We will therefore be making a further decision on whether or not the event will proceed no later than 27th March 2020 and this will be communicated to you at that point. If the decision is that the event will go ahead as planned this could however change thereafter dependant on how the situation develops.

Although not an ideal situation we want to do all that we can to ensure the event can happen if it is safe to do so.
